In reality, as many groomers can testify, the cat can be washed, you just need to know the right tricks to subject it, at least once in a while, to ‘baths’ and specific washes depending on the type of coat and his habits. In fact, we know well that some more nosy and libertine felines usually roam outside the home, and are therefore more subject to dirt and the presence of parasites.
It therefore happens that we have to provide a thorough cleaning of our cats’ coats, to be sure of removing all residues of dirt and any fleas. Let’s see how to groom your cat with our Cloud Method.

Small precautions before immersing the cat in water
Before grooming your cat, always remember what we said at the beginning of the article, namely that the cat is not a lover of waterfall. However, this does not mean that you have to give up cleaning it, because it happens that the crafty feline will surprise you.
The important thing is to proceed with caution and following simple and useful precautions. The first is to pay close attention to making “the event” less traumatic while respecting the cat’s nature and obviously its health. It would therefore be advisable to psychologically prepare the cat for immersion in water. Before starting, perform a slow and delicate brushing which allows you to remove dirt and dead hair from the entire body and at the same time relax the cat.

The Cloud line for cats
In the Video-tutorial at the bottom we show you how to proceed with grooming your long-haired cat and thick, like for example that of the moulting British cat. The expert groomer Elisabetta Cammelleri shows the steps to carry out with the products of the Cloud line, specific for degreasing the cat’s coat.
Here are the use tips. Apply the Extra strong degreasing cream (with shea butter and sesame oil) on the cat’s neck, at the base of the ears and on the stud tail, and then on the dry fur and on all the points where there is ‘It’s the fat. Leave to act for 5/10 minutes and rinse the super degreasing cream carefully and with plenty of water.
Prepare and then apply the pure degreasing cloud shampoo (it can also be diluted from 1 to 10 depending on the dirt) on the fur of the whole cat. Massage delicately until you create a cream that degreases and nourishes. Rinse carefully and with plenty of water.
As a second shampoo, prepare and apply Crisp Hard with lavender specific for hard coats. This product gives body and does not alter the typical texture of the coat, strong and rich in its natural oils. Once applied, massage gently until you create a cream (you can also dilute from 1 to 10 depending on the dirt). Then rinse carefully and with plenty of water. The cat will appear clean with a completely degreased tail. Finally, start drying by brushing gently. The result, as you can see, is clearly visible in the video tutorial.
